Marinated artichokes on zucchini and potatoes cream
Pour some oil into a pan and some leek, clean and sliced, making it slowly fry.
Clean and peel the potatoes and add them diced to the pot; do the same with the zucchini. Let the vegetables cook for about 10 minutes, closing the pot with a lid.
When they are fully cooked, use a kitchen mixer to get the cream. Use a spoon to create a comma pattern of cream in the dish and garnish with the marinated artichokes quarters before serving!
